| Making A Purchase Just browse our Catalog to find items that you wish to buy, change the quantity if you want more than one of any item and click the button to add the item into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selections, click on "Checkout" at the top right of the page and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment through Protx, Paypal, and personal cheques. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. For your convenience we have placed a link to the XE currency converter on our shopping cart page. This will give you approximate conversion. The actual amount paid will be determined by the exchange rates in use by your credit card company on the day we ship. (We do not charge your card until shipment is made). We accept credit and debit cards as listed. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Your credit card details are collected on Protx secure servers and transmitted directly to our bank. Your Paypal details are never revealed to us. | Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will ship your order direct from our facility in Egypt to you, normally within 3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. We provide a package tracking number to you by email for courier shipments. Backorder (not enough stock) items will normally leave Egypt within 15 days and will generally arrive with you (the customer) in under 21 days. | Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, we will arrange collection and pay for the return shipping to our facility. We will pay for shipment of replacement goods if you choose this option. We require that the product is returned in the same packaging that we used to make delivery to you, and that all packing materials and containers are intact and fit for purpose. If you have damaged the original packing rendering it beyond use, we may at our sole discretion, charge you a minimum of £5.00 or the equivalent in your local currency for repackaging by our agent (up to a maximum of actual packing costs).
